Back Workout

Isolated high row machine – single arm 12-15 reps each arm – 3 times

Isolated high row machine – both arms 10 reps – 2 times

Middle back isolated row – 1 1/2 reps 10 times, 2 full reps at the end – repeat 3-4 times.

Seated cable rows – 10 reps 3 times

Wide grip pull downs – drop set – 10 reps each drop – repeat 3 times

Assisted chin ups – 22 reps, hold at the top of the last 3 reps Β repeat twice
