This was a great session, and with my glutes recovering from yesterday, some upper body punishment was a must!
Flat bench flys superset with incline bench press – flys 10 very slow and 2 quick, press 20 pumps – repeat 4-5 times (try to increase weight each time!)
Triple set – flat bench dumbbell press; incline flys; decline bench press . aim for; dumbell press 15 reps, incline flys 12 reps, bench press 15 or max. repeat 3-4 times (increase your weight!)
drop set (triple drop) – seated middle chest press – 2 sets.
Finish – with abs!
